  The Westermo RedFox Industrial includes a collection of high performance industrial Ethernet switches with enhanced routing functionality designed to build cost effective, secure and reliable networks, powered by WeOS, Westermo operating system. The product range offers a number of Ethernet interface combinations that can be further customised with SFP transceivers. The RedFox is designed for use in heavy duty industrial applications in its robust aluminium housing.

    • Ethernet FX ports: 8 x 100 Mbit/s, 4 x 100/1000 Mbit/s
    • 1 x Digital I/O, 1 x USB Micro-B (console)
    • Redundant dual power supply 16 - 60 VDC
    • Operating temperature: -40 to +70 °C (including cold start @-40°C)
    • MTBF (Mean time between failures) MIL-HDBK-217K: from 34 years (297.000 h) to 49 years (430.000 h)
    • Approvals and standards compliance: trackside applications approvals, DNV GL, DNV marine, IECEx, ATEX
    • Degree of protection: IP40
    • L2 devices: 2; L3 devices: 7; L3 EX devices: 7
